Griz pljeskavice

- 1/2 l mleka
- 100 gr pšeničnog griza
- 1 jaje
- 2 manja lovorova lista
- malo muskatnog oraščića
- so 


Stavite mleko, lovorove listove i so (po ukusu) u šerpicu da prokuva. U prokuvano mleko polako sipajte griz i mešajte žicom za mućenje. Smanjite temperaturu i uz neprestano mešanje kuvajte 3-4 minuta. Sklonite sa ringle, izvadite lovorove listove, dodajte jaje i malo muskatnog oraščića pa dobro promešajte žicom za mućenje. Manji pleh namažite sa malo margarina, sipajte kuvani griz na debljinu 1 cm, poravnajte i stavite u frižider na 1h da se stegne. Izvadite griz iz frižidera pa vadite okruglom čašom pljeskavice (veličina čaše i oblici - po želji) , malo ih oblikujte rukom i stavite da se prže na vrelom ulju dok ne porumene sa obe strane. Vadite ih na papirni ubrus pa servirajte tople uz meso i salatu po želji. 
P.S. Ove mekane i preukusne pljeskavice sjajan su prilog mesu sa sosom po želji! Kad čašom izvadite prvu turu pljeskavica preostalu masu rukom umesite i rastanjite pa opet vadite pljeskavice - cela masa se upotrebi !Uživajte i prijatno!

- 1 / 2 l of milk

Put the milk, bay leaves and salt (to taste) in oven safe pan to boil. The boiled milk slowly pour the grits and stir with wire for whipping. Reduce heat and cook with constant stirring for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the top, remove the bay leaves, add egg and a little nutmeg and stir well with wire for whipping. A smaller pan and grease with a little butter, pour the cooked meal to the thickness of 1 cm, align and place in refrigerator for 1 hour to set. Remove the grits from the refrigerator and remove the glass round patties (size and types of glasses - if you wish), few of them form a hand and put to fry in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Take out the paper towel and serve hot with meat and salad if desired. PS These soft and preukusne burgers are a great contribution to meat with sauce of your choice!
